DELIVERY CHARGES

 

Delivery is FREE on any orders more than or equal to AED 100. Orders under AED 100 are subject to a delivery charge of AED 15.

 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

 

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 hours and take an average of 1 to 2 business days to be delivered.

 

Any orders placed outside of business hours, or during any public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

 

In case your order is delayed from our end for any reason, we will inform you.

When placing an order please mention your complete contact and delivery details, i.e. your name, flat number, building name, street, area, city, and mobile number. Your information is safe with us and will only be used to deliver your orders.

 

ORDER CANCELATION AND EDITING

 

If you'd like to cancel or make some changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Pre-paid orders can not be canceled and/or refunded.
